Organoleptic properties

This copper coloured wine suggests fresh notes of dew covered roses, strawberry, raspberry and peony. Pleasantly smooth on the palate but with a great personality, it has a light, unexpected tannic touch and a sapid aroma that evokes the sea. Long-lasting finish with floral notes.

Description

Askos is the name of our project dedicated to the research, selection and valorization of the local heritage of native varieties. The wines are produced exclusively with grapes coming from particularly favourable areas in which the vine is trained following tradition. The symbol is an askos, a Greek “decanter” dating from the 1st century B.C.

Unique and surprising as the red version, this rosè is striking for the originality of its taste and structure.
